CHIANG YUEN suspects that CHIANG TSUN did not commit suicide and he shares his speculation with MAN-CHI and the others. CHIANG SING tries to look for TONG CHING but he discovers that she has got a boyfriend already. On the other hand, SIU-MING's manager tries to convince SIU-TIN and SIU-TIN decides to leave SIU-MING. SHING-TIN discovers that HIU-YEUNG is gaining control of the company and he decides to stop it. However, he is embroiled in a corruption case suddenly. He has got a stroke because of the huge stress and he collapses. Mao Kwong's shareholders seize the chance to elect HIU-YEUNG as the chairman.
