Lol what an absolute waste of time. I remember seeing these commercials as a kid when they originally aired. So it’s fun to see that someone actually tried to get the jet. And at the time, I was too young and stupid to understand what was really going on in the commercial, let alone the lack of a disclaimer stating it was a joke regarding the military jet as a prize. But I digress, save yourself time and brain cells from this “documentary” that’ll leave you feeling stupid for choosing to watch it at all. There’s nothing really fascinating to learn here besides the case making it into case law books. Other than that, SPOILER, the judge ruled against the kid getting a jet. Anyway, it was perfect to have on in the background while playing video games. I give it a 2/10 lol.

Just another great unique true big news story that Netflix has taken out of the closet by creating an exciting documentary to shed some light on an impactful part of history. The scenery behind some of the main interviewees is great as it hints towards plots of the story which makes the audience want to keep watching. Overall though this was just such a unique story, which is why it was a good one as it follows the story of a guy who tried to claim a fighter jet from Pepsi as a prize for gathering so many Pepsi points as a part of a rewards program.

The music selection for this show is abnormally good. I have a good mind to make a Spotify playlist.

Really loved the editing, the re-enacting and the story, but it’s preposterous to spread it in 4 episodes when 60 minutes were more than enough.
no matter how silly this attempt was we all know leonard was right in knowing what he is entitled too and the fault was on pepsi. the case outcome was complete bs no matter how difficult this price would have been to fulfill, or perhaps differently as by money, it should have happened. pepsi laughing all the way to the bank with all the shit they get away with, not even to mention what they did in the phillippines
The title caught my eye…I remember see Pepsi Points and even collecting them..I was young at the time like 7 or 8 and I remember the commercials and that same one with the jet too..But in the first part was good to watch for me and after that it just felt like a drag on to watch..But it was interesting to watch tho..

Fluffy, scrappy underdog documentary that can be summarised in a sentence, let alone a 4 part series; but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Perfect background fodder that I watched while working during a slow day in the office. Not great, not bad, just a stock standard This American Life segment on film.
Screw Pepsi, give this man his jet!
This miniseries could have been easily cropped to a proper 1 hour documentary. The length is a big letdown here, it's way too long to stay interesting.

This was amazing. I love what they did with re-enacting the past. It was spot on.
Overall what a bizzare documentary.
