Stoveleague is a sports drama but not in the usual sense, it entirely focused on the the business, commercial and political aspects of running a team. And yet, it is so interesting! I know nothing about baseball but it's not about the game anyway.
Both Namkoong Min and Park Eun-bin did a great job, i was fully invested. I can see why this drama won the Baeksang!

(I watched this as I continue to follow Park Eun-bin’s filmography). One of the things I’ve discovered following Eun-bin’s work and her K dramas is that they pick a topic and then do a faithful deep dive into that world (EXTRAORDINARY - legal, CASTAWAY - pop music, BRAHMS - competitive classical music, KING’S AFFECTION - the Joseon Dynasty). This series takes a deep dive into Korean professional baseball (minor league), which may be why baseball fans might be giving it a higher rating than I will, because that topic, in itself, does not garner my attention. However, a good drama does and this delivered a good drama, navigating the nuances of the dreams and schemes of the characters. Eun-bin, once again, gets lost in her role as a brash, but endearing, speak her mind, respected first women to be an operations manager of a ball club, learning to walk in lock step with an unexpected, unconventional General Manager. The drama is suspenseful, the acting, from leads to supporting cast, is excellent. I give this series a 7 (good drama) out of 10. [Drama]

I've enjoyed it, and I don't like baseball!
I recommend it for people that like the sport, since I've learned a lot.
