It was appealing, at first, mostly due to being a new show, but as episodes went by, the characters and everything else grown accustomed to, that initial level of engagement that was once had, had faded. It wasn't maintained. And eventually, I wasn't that into it with each episode. It was just another show alongside other shows that were airing at the same time that I watched each week, and that became the reason why I was watching it. That investment into something new was gone now that it wasn't new. I couldn't get invested anymore. But I kept watching, all the way. Unfortunately, it never came back. Maybe the number of episodes had something to do with it, making watching each episode after they air as an inevitable way to lose interest. It could've possibly been better to wait until it was over, then binge-watched all of it, I don't know. It's too late for that, now. If you love it, which I'm sure some of you do, good for you. Me, I'm indifferent about it, if anything. But there is a part of me that has me inwardly, almost subconsciously glad that the show is over, whether for good or for the first season, who knows.
