Season 4 please!

there is lots of uncle ruckus's in real life.

A really smart TV show. It is well written and produced.
I still can not understand how come this show is so underrated.

As far as I could tell, the worst thing about season 4 was it being shorter than the previous ones. There's an overarching theme but I don't think it ends up being detrimental to the story.

I've heard somewhat negative reviews (or simply 'season 4 isn't as good as the first three') so I've decided to re-watch the first three seasons before watching the new season.

P.S. The show's creator was not part of the new season. Maybe explains the somewhat negative reviews.

Saw s04e01. I can tell McGruder (sp?) is gone. But I'm so grateful the show is back. This show has a solid grasp of race politics and its ability to satire pop culture couldn't be more apt. However, I'm not sure why the show was titled Huey's Redemption? Shouldn't it have been called Tom's Redemption.

A smart, calculated, and theme-rich show for its first three season, "The Boondocks" is a pinnacle of black animation. It handled issues of racism, sexism, and consumerism in the African-American community in interesting and humorous ways while giving some solid animation on the side. It has some fantastic episodes and memorable characters. Unfortunately, a horrendous fourth and final season tarnishes the reputation of this show a lot, with the main focus of the show switching towards being offensive and flanderizing characters as much as possible. It should be remembered more for its first three seasons (Seasons 1 and 2 being the best) compared to the rest.

(-) A terrible fourth season that scraps all god-will of the show
