Great show but I do wish they would not keep repeating the same things over and over again. If you are following the show you know what they are looking for or what they might find there is just no need to keep repeating it, of course what it does is pads out the episodes to make the show longer :-(

I love this show. These guys have so much drive and integrity. I hope something great happens while Dan Blankenship is still on this Earth to see it.

In my opinion, this is the best reality show of all time. Intriguing with a cast of really down to earth people. I've never missed a episode and certainly will be continuing to watch all future episodes.

I watch this show when ABSOLUTELY nothing else worth watching is on. It sometimes makes for a laugh with the absurd over dramatization when they find mostly meaningless and reasonably explained trinkets. I rate this show 4 out of 5 "Oh Pulleazes"

I have been enamored of the story of Oak Island since I was a kid. If I were Rick Lagina and I had a rich brother I might have gone and tried to convince him to go treasure hunting too. The story is there. It's interesting. So where does this show fall short? Prometheus Entertainment and it' More

A bait-and-switch show.

I've started watching it from season one and finally just pulled the plug because I just couldn't take anymore of what has become a series of memes around my house:

Narrator (excitedly): "They found THAT? And then THIS? And also THIS? Could it be...." More
