So he immediately coerces all people there, asking anyone who took it to give himself up, otherwise, he will shoot them all at the Pier. Fortunately, NGA-WUN arrives just in time and stops him from doing so in a split second. However, before the ship containing the imperial treasures can be handed over, they are detected by the Coastal Patrol Anti-smuggling Unit, leading to another delay.
