The Endless Night

If _The Endless Night_ is available on Netflix in your country, give the show a chance. I had no idea about this case until today. The first two episodes, before it focused more on the crimes and the failure that is the justice system, as so nerve-wracking, they are the the strongest part of this series in my opinion. The desperation both the victims and their families felt makes it hard to watch, especially that scene where Ricardo and Livia were looking for the car and their expression when they found it. As much as this was sad to watch, it was also frustrating. I can't believe that it's been 10 years after the tragedy and the victims' families still haven't gotten any justice. It's shameful that if it wasn't the parents this case would be closed already. Kudos to the them for never giving up on. It makes it even crazier that the parents looking for justice went to trial and almost went to jail before all the people who murdered their kids.
