When Ms. Ridgeway builds a new garden over the help's parking lot, she leaves one space whish will be designated for the Employee of the Month, causing the help to form teams. Molly loses Grampa Eddie on a walk, causing the rest of the help to come to her aid.

Meanwhile, Anna tries to win Douglas's affection back after he finds a new girlfriend.
