I really liked this show to bad it's been canceled. :-(

The plot is very straightforward, nothing too special. The acting of the main character's actress, Harriet Dyer, comes off as pretty wooden throughout the show/first season and could possibly strike you as irritating. It never really bothered me but it is noticeable. Her acting was actually pretty good in the penultimate episode if that makes a difference. Overall, it's a very simple show and nothing too intriguing. It would've been a lot better if the supernatural aspect was more of a theme instead of simply being there to make the show unique without delving into it more. I guess that could just be because this was the beginning of the show and it hasn't found its footing yet. That being said, I'm hoping a little that it gets renewed for a second season and that the writers delve more into the supernatural side of things for a change more intriguing.

does anyone know what happened to this? it's not even showing on duckietv anymore, and yesterday when i checked airdates it wasn't listed there either. thanks

Not of any interest to me. I’ve watched 5, and that’s all I’m going to watch.

It’s pretty basic, no big story, plot, twists unraveling as the episodes go by. No real background or character development.

It’s just a who done it crime show. Each episode is a new murder or death and solved at the end. And a bit of supernatural medium thrown in.

It’s done well enough, good acting etc, but I find it a bit static and boring. Others will love it. I’ve a friend who watches similar shows minus the supernatural part and I can’t tell the shows apart.

I’ve seen an old American show which was extremely like this, and again a British show a long the same lines. There’s nothing original here.

But, it’s not bad either, it’s simply not to my taste.

Feel bad giving it a 5, but it is boring :see_no_evil:
