I know practically f*** all about basketball but I still had goosebumps while watching. An incredible insight into one of the sport's greatest teams and its greatest player

As far as sports documentaries go the first two episodes were pretty much perfect in every way. If they can keep this up for another 8 episodes it's a easy 10/10. Especially if you are even just slightly interested in basketball, the Bulls or Jordan himself. I mean even me, a very casual and very recent basketball fan from outside of america (where basketball and especially the name Jordan outside of the shoe brand is basically non-existent), had goosebumps at some parts.

"Jordan's the only player who could ever turn it on and off like that. And he never freaking turned it off."

@jshwlr you must be young that's why you was not familiar with Jordan except shoes of course. For my generation 40-something, guys who were in high school late 80s/early 90s Michael Jordan was a basketball god and we all played then basketball even we were from east European country with anything but football/soccer love.

Why did it take so long for this to be made/released?

@r-deniroj Michael Jordan likes to keep his life private and only approved the series in 2016. Some people talk about the "coincidence" of this decision being made after LeBron was considered by many as the GOAT when he won the NBA finals vs. the Warriors.

I know nothing about basketball, but this was still incredible to me and I enjoyed every minute. I got goosebumps and was moved to tears on many occasions. It's clear to me this team is legendary and they were a part of something amazing.

Also, words are not enough to describe Michael Jordan and what he accomplished. They're also not enough to describe the ability of these players; watching clips from games is just mind-blowing.

A beautifully done documentary and I will definitely watch it again.

Same here! I don't know nothing about it, but we was a very good way to get in to the world of this sport, through the story of this epic team. Just incredible.

Thrilling. Stunning. Mesmerizing. A peek behind the curtain at one of histories greatest sports teams. The time and effort put into the documentary is simply outstanding. I knew almost nothing about basketball going into this show and I've come out wanting to know more and more.

This was my childhood growing up in downstate Illinois. Everyone was a Bulls fan. Bulls finals were some of the rare times us kids were allowed to stay up late. There was so much yelling and frustration and joy watching all 6 championships. Watching this series was so much like reliving that all. I was too young to know about most of this stuff. I was vaguely aware of Michael's dad's killing and the whole weird baseball adventure, but it was heartbreaking when the team truly broke up. I don't think I've really watched the Bulls play since. NBA basketball just isn't the same anymore.

As far as a documentary, it was really well-done. Music top-notch. Pacing and parallels were great (i.e. talking about going against the Pistons and Rodman joining the team). Seeing the insights into Jordan - good and bad - was illuminating.

Even if you aren’t are sports fan, you can’t deny that this might be one of the greatest documentaries ever created. Each part was better than the last. I didn’t want it to end!!!

You do not have to be a Basketball fan or a sports fan. This is an excellent documentary and you should go out of your way to watch it

I Mean Come On. It's the Airness we are talking about and one thing you know for certain when talking about Michael Jordan is that everything about him has been on a realm all by itself and this show isn't any different. I grew up watching Kobe Bryant and I truly believe this guy Kobe was the best basketball player to ever lived. I watched Jordan a little bit right before he stepped down. I watched a lot of his games on NBA Classics. But watching this documentary gives you the perspective from his die hard fans. This guy was true sensational. After watching this you'll understand what it is that they saw and why it is so hard for them to give anyone else who came after him a chance. He really "did it the right way"

A legendary sports documentary about one of the greatest athletes who ever lived. Less focused on the basketball itself and more on the surrounding drama, it takes a look at the stresses and turmoil that a world-renowned athlete at the top of his game faces. Some great archival footage paired with excellent interviews give this one a lot of room to entertain. Surprisingly emotional as well to top it all off!

(+) Great archival + interview footage
(+) Good pacing and storyline jumping between different moments of various athletes' careers
(+) Informative and insightful look at Michael Jordan & Co.'s career arcs
(+) Emotional and dramatic at all of the right times - impressive for a show based on real events
(+) Solid soundtrack that captures the essence of the 80's and 90's
