Appalling language and so woke I want to be sick. Shame the concept and costumes are great.

I like it but and we'll keep watching but why so much 2021 dogma. Gives away the villain . I bet it is a man who did it it whatever it may be and I bet he is white man. sad and spoils what is a good story.

I just loved it. Brilliant story telling. Wasn't expecting that I would end love to like this as much as I did, especially after I was so disappointed with The Irregulars from Netflix.
Felt like an epoch X-Men type of tale. If you like sci fi mixed with mutants and epoch scenario, then don't miss this.

Its good so far but episode 6 what the heck happened? New writers? New show? Such a wrong direction. I don't see this series lasting too long.

This is Joss Whedon’s brilliant storytelling and HBO’s crudeness colliding. (The HBO playbook seems to think that if they don’t seed a series with nudity, explicit sexuality and vulgarity, you can’t hold an audience. I believe they underestimate their audience). This is a brilliant, multilayered and fantastic premise rooted in the human condition. A flawed protagonist, characters with depth and brokenness, irony, humour, and hard held hope all knit together the narrative. Solid cast (with a surprise fan choice for episode 6) giving full performances. Action galore. I wish it had kept all that and none of the salacious content. I give this series a 9 (superb) out of 10. [SciFi, Fantasy, pseudo-historical drama]

I've watched the four episodes available so far and even though Joss Whedon is steering this (I hope he treats the actors better in this than his other projects), and at first I thought uh-oh more woke dribble, but I always give new shows four episodes before I come to a conclusion whether to keep watching or not. I must say it 'may' come across as Woke, but it is set in a women's orphanage and the premise was only women were Touched (but later reveals suggest not). There are some really good sfx and unique moments along with shock moments. Overall there is some solid acting (and some not), and the writing isn't bad. My suggestion, watch the first four episodes before deciding on whether to delete a show from your list. Give it a shot. I'll continue to watch this season to completion before making my mind up.

So this is the woke British female version of X-Men it seems. If HBO is really going to go full on woke, they should’ve made the lead females non-white.

This series absolutely fantastic, characters have so much charm and likeability. Great story, great action, great comedy, great women!

Intersectional teen drama with highly predictable plot and unnecessary debauchery. Riddled with leftist clichés and sexiest melodrama. This is yet another cookie cutter anti-western male infomercial masquerading as “entertainment”. 2/3 of all corporate productions now superimpose this low brow woke formula into every show. It's not creative, unique or meaningful, rather it is lazy and boring.

I was hooked already after 10 min of the 1 ep. I wasn't expecting the futuristic plot and I was wary of it but it went amazing. This show has so many things but excluding the 1st ep i wasnt overwhelmed. It should have more episodes! I need s2 now!

I'm sorry I don't know but I can't watch this. I watched first episode and nothing wants me to see more. And thats pretty much never happend before.

Great costumes, special effects and cinematography. Unfortunately, the story seems to be spun around woke Hollywood nonesense. What an absolute waste! :man_facepalming_tone1:

Two comments, three woke refs. Bout time some 'woke' up to the fact that short of trying to sound ever so hip, the word has become so over used and misused that it's lost any meaning whatsoever apart from labeling it's user as a tool.....

Totally fantastic Show. Would recommend it to anyone.
