Great show. High stakes game of werewerewolf.

I heard about the US version and was immediately interested in the show but then immediately turned off when I found out they filled half of the player count with reality stars. I was ready to ignore the series altogether when I saw this one with Claudia Winkleman and it sounded like exactly what I wanted. I'm about halfway through the series and I am pretty hooked on it.

A few thoughts on it:
* Just about all of these people are really bad at werewolf, which kind of makes it fun to watch.
* The random little games they play to build the money pot is the worst part of the show. I will probably just start fast forwarding through these.
* I was initially pretty sad they kept it all vanilla roles-- just traitors and faithfuls. I wanted to see something like a Seer.
* The shields aren't really interesting enough I think. The traitors have too much information to make them good.
* I wasn't initially interested in "the trial" when they explained it but WOW that got interesting real quick. One player makes one of the most boneheaded moves they could make and things erupt.

I'm still not super sold on the reality show star aspect of the US version, but I like this version enough that I will at least give the US version a try.
