Disclaimer: I'm typically a romance watcher and don't often stray from that genre. But maybe you're like me and looking to watch something different, so here's my take on the show:

Very solid first season. The acting from all the leads and supporting characters was astounding and the chemistry between the Counters was so natural. Plot-wise, an interesting idea, pretty well executed, except for some moments of dumbness where unreasonable decisions were forced for the plot's sake. Was it predictable? Yes. Was it still fun to watch? Also yes. I felt the serious topics were well blended with the funny bits, and I liked the "territory" light effects, even if some of the more practical bits look quite rough and fake (particularly the wire work). For the casual action-adventure watcher, I feel like this would be an entertaining show.

Extremely overhyped show. Didn't like it personally. Felt really forced, lacked a strong plot and felt too dramatic and cringe at times. 6/10

Such a wholesome show! Show focuses on the importance of chosen family but unfortunately, not a very memorable plot. Despite selling this show on a Sci-Fi front, this show is not as dark as I thought it would be (see: more wholesome than dark lol) Very good suspense like every other K-Drama. Yeom Hye-ran easily dominated this show since there’s not much competition for great acting anyway

I dropped it when Season 1 was aired ; it was too cliche , cringey , super-hero complex drama that neither has the charm of american action or korean melodrama.

I pickeup since S2 started and its a highly rated show but i found it even more cringey and repititive . S1 atleast has a revenge agenda that personal while S2 is just so forced in everything and feels pointless.

they shouldn't have renewed for new season just because of rating and ruined it further.

It's a fighting shonen. Nothing less, but absolutely nothing more. I regret watching it (season 1).
The show just has a super shallow plot/execution. This 100% obvious narrative is more suitable for young teens, but the violence is so graphic sometimes that the show doesn't seem to be entirely for young teens. I kept waiting for themes to evolve, as is often the case with good shows, and they just don't. The ultimate evil is defeated by hitting it harder than they hit it for 15 episodes before.

Love this!! If I had to pick 1 thing that I like the most, it had to be the fighting choreo

In real, This is a great Drama and one of the best dramas I've ever seen

[8.8/10] Amazing drama. Perfect amount of fun and seriousness. A lot of ups and downs and one of the most lovable casts I‘ve experienced so far.

Since I initially started to watch this because of Sejeong, I wanna point out that she also does amazing as an actor. I hope we can see her talent more often in the future. She‘s already working her way up on my most favorite solo artists ranking and I‘d love to give her a spot within my most favorite actors too. She is one of a few of Korea‘s super-allrounders and it‘s a blessing to see her being successful! :heart:

This Drama is one of the best I've seen. I really enjoyed the dark themes explored in this and sometimes even shocked me, not because it was graphic but they wrote the viciousness of the demons and in general already evil people really well. You were also able to tell the different layers of moral, like the morally greyness of actual people which made the characters very believable. (:
The show made me really care about the characters, the protagonists as well as just the victims that show up for a short amount of time.

I cried multiple times watching this, laughing sometimes, a lot of anger, oh ya i really felt that anger...
