SHING’s application for the post for fireman has been successful. He goes to Warehouse to tell YI the good news but LAN grabs his employment letter and announces the goods news in the presence of other customers. SHING tells YI the good news but she leaves in anger. LEI is of the view that YAN should have a surgery as soon as possible. YAN is unwillingly to face the reality though, for fear if anything goes wrong he will become a vegetable and thus a burden to TAN. TAN makes him promise he will never leave her. PO goes to the roof to look for YI after chatting with NING-ON. She assures YI that their love for each other will never change. YI is touched. FONG, NING-ON and WAN go to ON’s flat for dinner……
