Koekie shows up just as everyone is leaving and Worsie asks her to be his girlfriend, she says yes. Ella insists that Worsie should come and introduce his new girlfriend to her and Apie. Koekie and Worsie are getting ready to go. She looks beautiful and he is madly in love. On the spur of the moment, he asks her to marry him.

However, Worsie's luck turns and so does Poppie and Frikkadel's.

Worsie says he is more than belly and wants to have a boep-job done like Boeboe. Even though he can't afford it, Worsie believes that's how he's going to get a girl. Worsie and the doctor do not understand each other very well and instead of the boep-job, Worsie gets a bar mitzvah. Frik assures him that it is much healthier, especially in our climate.

Sheridon comes to seek shelter at the Vetkoekpaleis when his girlfriend Kimberley's sister and twin cousins become pregnant and he is suspected.
