I remember this unfolding in waco as a kid. the worse part of this is the agents and our government which was responsible for all these events never got in trouble for all those innocent lives that we're lost in this tragedy. shame on all those involved god will judge you.

FBI/‪ATF trying to cover one mess by creating another. So many innocent dead. Truly heartbreaking. Good series, worth checking out. ‬

@khawlah Innocent? Are you as mentally ill as these child molestors and rapists were? They allowed some fucking mutt to rape women and children. Get a fucking grip!

@jmg999 Whoa, calm the FUCK down. Obviously they're not the ones I meant by innocent. You do realize there were children dead, right?

Very well done. Michael Shannon is excellent. Shows empathy to the Koresh followers. Truly tragic.

Good show; every episode is interesting. Good casting. I knew little things about this real story so i liked to know more about it. The show is based in two books from actual people involved in what happened, one from the FBI and other from the davidians point of view so it's supposed to be pretty realistic.
I really recomend this show.

A compelling and intense show that does an excellent job of depicting what we believe happened inside the Branch Davidian compound during the infamous 1993 siege. The series provides a detailed and insightful look at the cult's beliefs and practices, as well as the events that led to the tragic standoff. While some scenes are based on speculation, the show does an impressive job of staying true to the facts and conveying the human side of the story.

**Heartbreakingly tragic. Definitely worth the watch.**

Michael Shannon is fantastic as always. Taylor Kitsch convincingly conveys the many aspects of Koresh’s personality. John Leguizamo really surprised me in this. It was refreshing to see him play a conflicted character rather to be typecast once again as some obnoxious character. It was nice to see Paul Sparks play against type and pull it off. Rory Culkin, Andrea Riseborough, Julia Garner, and Melissa Benoist were great as well throughout the series.

If you are watching this for entertainment purposes then go ahead, watch and enjoy. If you are looking to watch something to educate you on what happened at Waco this is not the show for you, try Waco: Madman Or Messiah. This is not a documentary, it would be best described as a fictional story based on real events (If you find the word fiction offensive then I will say they play fast and loose with the facts). It is not the right source for you to form an opinion on what went wrong and what really happened. Artistic freedom runs rampant in this story. Don't get me wrong, it was enjoyable to watch however I don't personally believe it is an accurate portrayal of the people involved and how this terrible tragedy really unfolded even before Day 1. (And I do get the irony of me saying "really unfolded" when to this day the truth of this event is still argued lol) Enjoy

I am not American but of course I know of the incident as it was news around the world. If the depiction of the events here is true, and that is something each and everyone has to decide for himself, it was a major screw-up by the FBI and ATF.

David Koresh probably was a manipulative, egoistic, religious fanatic who might have done bad things in the future. Might have ! But what the ATF and FBI did, at the time, to start this, was wrong. And they knew it ! Most of the people were innocent and did no harm to anyone.

The production itself is great and really worth watching. Michael Shannon is great in everything I saw him and this is no different. Really intense storytelling. Worth watching for sure. What you make of it is up to you.

Great performance from Michael Shannon, though the rest were lackluster. I knew nothing about this piece of history, so I came in with fresh eyes. Very interesting and felt mostly unbiased.
