JIM told YU that he wanted to raise a fund for the stray dogs. They then asked CHUN to help promote the campaign. YU told him that CHUN intended to give up SIU PA. JIM found they won the 2nd prize in the Mark Six Lottery while interrogating CHUN. He then requested allotting the prize to help implement the sterilization campaign for stray dogs.
