Gunther is the best rumble iron man 10/10
almost as good as flair 1992

I know Royal Rumble is technically one of the "big" PPV/PLE for WWE, but it has never really been my personal cup of tea. The matches are long, usually really predictable, and there are not enough memorable moments or pay-off spots. This came in bunches this year as there was records set in both rumbles and the favorites were the winners. The other three matches also had the predictable winners, but at least the Pitch Black match was unique to watch and gave some pay-off after months of Wyatt's storyline. With that being said, the event was fun and nothing technically bad as it focused more on setting up the Road to Wrestlemania than anything else.

Best Match: Bray Wyatt vs LA Knight

Certainly my personal opinion, for me Rumble matches are about surprises and entertaining spots which I felt certainly lacked here.

Watched the full Men's rumble from beginning knowing Cody is going to be the winner (WWE made it very obvious for weeks) didn't give any hopes of surprises, but hey Gunther made the whole Rumble match entertaining! Certainly the winner in my book. But where was Sami?

The Women's rumble was ok. watched it not caring who is going to win and there were almost no surprises to bring up the interest.

Every other match was ok, was good to see Bray return, hope to see more of him.

Certainly the only interesting part was the Main Event, it was predictable that Roman would win, but it was certainly exciting to know what happens in the Bloodline storyline. As expected, it ended with such a good moment! Certainly the best moment of the PPV, but I still felt Rumble matches should have been the highlight.

Overall the show was ok, but made more interesting with Sami and Bloodline storyline! 7/10.

Predictable Royal Rumble winners but still entertaining as hell

Entertaining show until the predictable ending. Where Triple H’s big plans for Owens was him losing to Roman.
