Very interesting and pleasant to watch. Intellectual and intriguing with great performances by Viggo Mortensen, Keira Knightley and the always amazing Michael Fassbender. The conversations are very fascinating and it's very interesting to see all of the characters points of view. David Cronenberg did an excellent historical drama about the human mind.

There's a lot of pretty interesting stuff in here about psychoanalysis. But overall I've never felt a Cronenberg movie was so stylistically bland. There are certain times where an almost clinical level of monotonous filmmaking could kind of work. But overall while I'm not a fan of many of Cronenberg's movies, I can usually appreciate the very unique approach which he brings to any kind of subject, that it felt like he just completely left out of this movie? Maybe that was the point? Some points for the boy-fight between Jung and Freud. ""Oh sorry, my wife booked me a first class stateroom""ù Killer burn.

Had this movie on my list for quite some time. This was very boring and bland. The Russian accent and acting by Knightly was super cringe. The character of Otto is only brought in so Jung can justify sleeping with Sabina. Otherwise pointless.
