Obviously low budget but the people behind this film do much on their limited resources. It’s not a film you will fall instantly in love with but if you can forgive the amateurish feel, you might become attached to it by the end.

Silly dark comedy with a simple premise, a struggling toymaker throws away his childhood toy and somehow it comes to life and starts killing people that comes in his path. It's very low-budget and has amateurish feel to it but it's just a blast from start to finish and made with passion. You can see how much effort put into this. It's fun as hell and manages to crammed lots of awesome gory kills. The characters are all British and fun to watch. The special effects are done pretty well, though I wish they've gone full practical. Some people may find this one too silly but I personally LOVE it! Probably the most fun I've had since Psycho Goreman.

The poster and screenshots made it look perfect. Unfortunately It's just too much like a poor 90's UK TV series, I'm sure there will be many Americans who will love the silly Britishness, it's sadly not a good, bad movie, and there were quite a few skip,skip,skips on the remote

Truly not great...but the way Benny flops around is somehow charming and makes up for the rather simple approach to the premise.

Benny Loves You strives for cringe comedy and is 50% successful. Director Karl Holt has the ‘cringe’ part down, but he wouldn’t know comedy if it slapped him across the face – which is what a mother does to her small daughter early in this movie (leaving a handprint on the child’s cheek). More
