Set in a future world. Japan has created a great medical technology that controls ethics, health, and social interaction to create a perfect world. Three young girls attempt to stand up to this by committing suicide, but it doesn't work. This one goes on top of the pile of pretentious seinen with a bit of obligatory edge. No idea why this needed to be two hours long because it's main theme is nothing new and despite info dumping little is done with it making the whole experience rather boring.
