[MUBI] It belongs to the series of short films Women's Tales produced by the clothing brand Miu Miu since 2011, so it's advertising disguised as an artistic work. In this case, Mati Diop's contribution is superfluous and pretentious, although it has some operatic construction (the death of the protagonist) that is interesting. But in the end, as an advertisement, the shape is more important than the substance.
