The story of an ancient war that is reignited when a young farmhand unwittingly opens a gateway between our world and a fearsome race of giants. Kind of a simple, fun movie, but I liked it. The CG giants were both done badly and great at the same time, if that makes any sense, which I also tend to like for some reason, lol. I loved the top-fro on that one giant, hilarious.

For some strange reason my gf and I really enjoyed this movie :) It's definitely not for the smaller children though.

Me and the kids watched this movie yesterday evening. We all liked it quite a lot. This is a very enjoyable family movie. It is, not surprisingly, a new twist on the old Jack and the Beanstalk story.
