Super cheese ball 4000! Unfortunately the entertainment value drops pretty hard the further the movie progresses. It's like 3 stories converging, but 1 goes nowhere, the other is a flop and the 3rd shows up in the movie so little, you have to wonder why they even bothered with the cop angle. Just wish they added more time with the maniacs, like I dunno, their origin and story would've helped!

In the so bad it is good category. Really nothing can be said about this mess, but its fun. 3/10 (bad) cheese factor rating 9/10 (superb)

One of the worst movies I have ever seen, and that is not said lightly by me. Imagine if _The Hills Have Eyes_, and _Nightbreed_ had a baby and dropped it in the toilet; that's _Neon Maniacs_.
