Nna Thaan Case Kodu

Nna Thaan Case Kodu (Sue me then!) is a court drama/comedy revolving around a former thief Rajeevan trying to get his life together only to be made a scapegoat in a false case. As he sees his life about to fall apart, Rajeevan is forced to fight his own case against an MLA. What follows a tale of David vs Goliath that is a satirical take on the court systems in India. As is the case with most of the good Malayalam movies, the strength of this movie lies in the simplicity of its storytelling and performances. Everyone from Kunchacko Boban and Gayathrie Shankar to the least of supporting characters comes off as very natural and I believed that these were actual characters. The movie does have its flaws, especially with its pacing, which could have been slightly better, but overall this is a very good watch if you wish for a few good laughs.
