[MostraFIRE!!] Through the discovery of a box with letters written by members of the first drag queen communities of New York, we discover an underground world that reveals the fight for gay visibility. The film is a beautiful tribute to these impersonators (as they prefer to say) who paved the way to a very different present. Exciting and funny at times, the film constructs a narrative that is sometimes surprising.
