Strong premise and a decent script make this watchable, there's some mild sci-fi elements as well that keep the plot moving. However, none of this saves the awful CG. I've seen better use of CG ten years ago on lower budget films, which makes this a strange film to me. Think explosions that feel 'painted into' the scenes, and really poor quality digital gunfire effects. Worth a watch if you don't have anything else better in your list, but nothing I would recommend to anyone.

Difficult to follow and delivers awful performances, even from actors we know are capable of great work - seriously, what Jonathan Rhys' Meyers accent in this movie? Other than a mistake I mean.

The first half of this movie is bafflingly bad--So Bad It's Good--but steadily improves over the remaining half, such that it's almost pretty alright towards the end.
