A loafer inherits an apartment block and lets out the place to a group of tenants, including a lusty gymnastics teacher, a geeky college student, a single father with his young daughter, a gay couple, a writer and a sexy female office worker. Extraordinary. The main character is magnificently portrayed. Each tenant's individual story is interesting to follow and the intrigue becomes better and better as they all become tangled together. Constant humor, a great balance between mystery, comedy and horror, superb camera work, great acting, filming and editing, beautiful music, great finale. This is a masterpiece.
