Kind of a letdown given it doesn’t really extend the story from the first in a satisfactory way. Way too many teams of bad guys of no certain origin who invariably act cool by smoking and looking bored and then get their arses handed to them by someone more powerful. The main character was never even in danger once so what’s even the point? She was mute most of the time too so we never really find anything out about her. There’s no character development anywhere to be seen. The end is what should have happened in the first third of the film.

Pretty much just a bloodbath. Too many factions to care about any of them. Just as I am not a fan of movies where everything is solved by magic, having characters that can simply regenerate, diluted any real tension or investment in plot or characters. Of course, I liked the humanity of the farm sub-plot, because Park Eun-bin brings heart to any project, but even her character was poorly written (although she played it for all it’s worth). I give this movie a 5 (senseless bloodbath) out of 10. [Action Augmented Humans]

A disappointing sequel that can actually be viewed independently of the first. It has something of the "Peninsula" (2020) syndrome, an intention to be more ambitious but wasting the characters, especially an inexpressive protagonist, and her story. The action scenes were a great combination of martial arts and CGI in the first part, but in this movie they have too artificial texture, like Disney/Marvel pushing the VFX departments.

I don't know why people on here tripping. This was almost as good as the first one. CGI looked decent as well. Don't know about the rest of you picky weirdos, but I'm looking forward to the next one.

More, but not really better than the first one. More characters, more blood, more fights, more of everything. It missed some editing and purpose. I missed the contrast between the quiet, everyday life scenes and the action from the first one. It made the action really stand out.

The first film in this series was excellent but I can only describe part two as "painfully dull".

Character development is fine but it should not take up two thirds of what is essentially an action film. Regrettably, that's exactly what you get.

I was a bit disappointed with this movie when comparing it to the first. Don't go into this one expecting an actual sequel, this is more a side-quel. They do not progress the story of the previous main character, infact she is not in this movie apart from a single scene near the end.
