Slow, boring, a wikipedia summary. It's like a Riverdale episode, but less cringier. The main problem is that Elvis is not Elvis. Elvis was the one that everytime he went on the stage stoled all the attentions, on this movie he is afraid of himself wtf. Elvis was not just rounded by female and panties, he was a movent where EVERYONE was involved. They made an inclusive film (like all the nowadays movies) but they forgot to include the real Elvis fan. I will say that they missed a great opportunity to narrate the story of a great singer.

Just back from seeing Elvis and honestly if Austin Butler wants to walk, talk and dress like him for the rest of his life he can. That film was AMAZING and I know I’ll be thinking about it for weeks. Can we have the bluray now so I can do rewatch after rewatch? :sparkles:

Incredible :clap_tone1: Austin Butler is outstanding as Elvis and plays the role amazingly; his voice, vocals, movement and intensity as Elvis throughout is amazing and he deserves awards :raised_hands_tone1:

First of all Elvis looks like a lesbian. Second, who edited this? Third, who decided the POV? Both should get a pay deduction. Fourth, why did they spend their entire budget on the music?

Let's be real here. This isn't a good film. And it's flawed from the get-go.

The casting. Dreadful. Hanks is a creation from Batman Returns. Priscilla has none of her beauty. And the most fundamentally unforgiveable issue - Elvis doesn't look like Elvis. Who signed off on an actor to carry this fil More

If anything, this biopic didn’t fall into the trap of being just a wikipedia summary of the artist’s career. Unlike _Bohemian Rhapsody_, there actually is a focus with this film, which makes it a more compelling story. They probably should’ve gone a little more in depth about how the dude was More
