This is really well done and quite useful/important. The animations are nice and Andy has a really fitting voice (calm, interesting, happy/funny, clear, etc.).

Such a nice, vivid and understandable start into meditation. It provides some insight and a small meditation at the end. My four year old also enjoyed watching along because of the bright colors and peaceful voice. She loved joining in on the small sessions.
