Hibiki Sakura is your average high school girl, with a voracious appetite. Noticing her clothes tightening in lieu of her slowly expanding waistline she decides to look into enrolling in the nearby gym. There she runs into a girl from her grade named Souryuuin Akemi. Akemi, who has a muscle fetish tries to get Hibiki to enroll in the gym despite its high ratio of macho men. Thankfully a beautiful trainer, Machio, appears and unknowingly convinces her to enroll and start her quest to a great body.

If you do fitness exercises, this is a rare gems. The explanations are very good and it's fun to watch. And also if you watched HANEBADO! don't hesitate! :wink:

Although it was the same thing again and again, It was quite amusing. If you do exercises than it'll be a bit educational. Animation was impressive for such a show. After listening to the opening a few time you'll definitely be hooked to it. Overall it was a decent anime.

I train almost everyday and I was sceptical about the shown exercises. I must say all the explanation are perfect and the anime overall is really entertaining. I recommened this for all anime fans and all fitness fans :smiley:

Maybe I'm a little biased against slice of life style anime ~ but this one was pretty boring. Lame fan service and random plot that would sort of get you excited about different things for exercise or contests... and then they'd just kind of blueball you :sweat_smile: was also weird that they had a mix of students and teachers working out together. Strange. They had some fun info about health and fitness. I'm not a guru or anything but for the most part, it seemed accurate enough. If anything it's nice to hear the info about working out and being healthy so you get better ideas for yourself on how to begin! Watch if you are bored, but certainly don't go out of your way to watch this Anime.
