A much more lavish version of the popular Superman television series which had first aired forty years earlier, Lois & Clark focused more on the Man of Steel's early adult years in Metropolis. With the unknowing help of Lois Lane, Clark Kent created Superman there in Metropolis after finding work at the world-famous Daily Planet newspaper, where he meets fellow reporter Lois Lane.

Really great show. Acting and special effects are great especially for its time (acting even feels better than a lot of shows or movies nowadays). You can feel the chemistry between Dean and Teri in the show. They and even almost everyone else feels perfect for their roles - amazing cast. The story is great, but like with every show there are some episodes that a bit boring or slow pacing and also because it is an old show some aspects of it feel a bit outdated or silly nowadays.

I miss this show. And I really wish they had finished it off well - not with a cliffhanger. Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher were Perfect casting choices. Dean was a great Clark Kent and a very enjoyable Superman. Teri was ballsy, beautiful and bewitching. The first series is a little formulaic. Once the romantic side of the show really kicks in, ai thought it was class-leading. The most enjoyable iteration of Superman we've ever had. This level of humour, fun and class hasn't been reached by any of the modern superhero films or shows. The closest is The Flash but even that has some distance to travel to match the greatness of L&C... 8/10 overall.

This show is actually more about the developing relationship between Lois and Clark, rather than the adventures of Superman.

93-97, honestly, why is it the best Sci-Fi shows are only 4 seasons if you're lucky? And this one didn't even get 4 seasons and a movie. It just... ended. It was a shame.
