Summer 1944. Walter Proska is about to return to the Eastern Front when his train is blown up by partisans. Soft war drama that raises some interesting reflections on ideologies in war, especially in the second part, in which the protagonist's contradictions are revealed. But the development is unbalanced, the staging is between right and wrong, and the protagonists have little charisma.
