I think the maker of the film overly persecuted the SDPD and chief Sanders. It was a very difficult situation and it is easy to criticize the police for the actions of a madman.

Would be a great documentary, except for the insane amount of time letting these idiot LEO talk in circles, claiming they basically did nothing wrong, even though they had _one_ job 'amp; let this dude walk around shooting families, babies 'amp; children for over an hour, without stopping. I have seen the entire documentary before quite a while ago, but when my friend and I were watching it this time, neither of us could handle watching anymore because we were just getting so angry at them

Such a beautiful, heartbreaking documentary. This needs more attention. Very good, just a tough watch.
