Like getting all dressed up for an evening out, but your date decides to stay in and watch reality TV. First off, how is it possible to film in a city as gorgeous as Lisbon and not film a city as gorgeous as Lisbon? "Let's film in Heaven, but only do interiors..."!? Really? Second of all, too many filmmakers think 'romance' is having every female character fall in love with the lead character so he has an excuse to sleep with the ones he likes. This isn't romance, you vicariously filming song of a birch. Thirdly, romantic story lines with no story lines are the worst kind all of the time.
