[Zinebi] Frederick Wiseman is not so interested in the extraordinary, but in the ordinary, the daily routine. The style of the director doesn''t need interviews, nor narrator, does not elaborate complex structures, but observes, contemplates, selects and orders. There are moments of great mastery in this big documentary. There are also monotonous meetings. But it is a deep look at the heart of American society.
