[HotDocs] The most interesting thing about this unstructured documentary is its approach to a community of customers that Masamoto Ueda has created in his ramen restaurant Bizentei. There is certain nostalgia that accompanies Masamoto Ueda in his eighties, sometimes with thoughts of retirement. Bizentei doesn''t have Michelin stars nor does it need them, because it creates a special bond between chef and clients.
