In short, the film is meant for family viewing, but the missteps, dullness, and fake friendships are so glaring that it's a poor production. The acting, effects, and script are all bad. Don't watch it, and don't let anyone else watch it either.

It’s not really a sequel. Since it doesn’t have any mention of anything from the first movie. That was quite under/rated. This has some of the humor from it. A movie that also admits Dora is a bit weird. The actress is just as good as Dora too. This Dora is as ambitious but there’s no one r around this time who calls her a dork. This movie does do the adventure aspect better. Dora meets Tomb Raider. I liked how movie explains why there’s a talking monkey. Which also funny. I like this really isn’t a sequel but it has the humor of the first film. It mixes Dora being an oddball wit the adventure a bit better than the first too.

A must watch. A great movie. It’s different to the first dora movie as this is more about the treasure hunt adventure instead of the comedy. The magical map and the rescue diago is more involved throughout. This movie can be truly enjoyed with the whole family. 10/10.
