Decent enough watch, a few creative kills to be had. But also not entirely memorable.

It is a pretty entertaining slasher flick. Larry Drake as the killer makes an marvelous performance and he has some really creative kills. Also it is pretty much one-liners: the movie which is fun.

This movie is wayyyyyy better than it deserves to be for a movie called '"Dr. Giggles.'" But goddamnit if it ain''t a blast! Bring logic into this and the movie can''t happen....but ignore the biggest one (or two, or three) and you''re gonna have a good time. All the things you want to happen with an evil, sadistic doctor happen in this movie, puns and all.
