Pros: The Bora content is fun, Arale no selling a Dodon ray is hilarious 'amp; Launch instinctively holding a plane histage for no reason rules. Cons: Given that the Tao Pai Pai and Toen stuff are some of the best stuff in Dragon Ball, this is a bit disappointing. Giving me peak and replacing it with a fever dream isn't great. Tien acting like a single father to Chiatzu was also odd. Really wtf is Chiatzu That said god the Arale stuff is so great, loved the Senbai cameo so I'm rounding up

I'm not so very sure if I should watch this movie cuz I don't know of what company is that's found in the website of "archive.org" in the English Dubbed version... AB Groupe (2003)? or Funimation (2000)? or Harmony Gold USA (1989)? or Madman Entertainment (2004)? or Speedy Video (the year isn't known)?

The best of the OG Dragon Ball trilogy of movies, and probably the only one I'd call worth revisiting these days. Like the other two, this condenses significant portions of the original story, but unlike them, I think this forges much more of its own unique identity, taking the aspects that worked from them and blending them with new twists. The final result is admittedly a tad bit messy, but still feels like a fairly strong story on its own, and as always the animation/fight scenes are pretty good. This is a good time... Till the last third, where it admittedly drops the ball working absolutely every arc into this in spite of the lack of time to do so. Still, this is absolutely brimming with Dragon Ball's classic charm, which manages to make up for the weak climax... Mostly. Not mind blowing or anything, but it's really fun.

This one is a great improvement over the previous movie. It was very humorous seeing Chiaotzu as an emperor and a ton of DB villains showing up as his servants. Even though Chiaotzu creeps me out I did like the heartwarming moments between him and Tien. The one thing I was left wondering was why is Arale here? it really felt like she was shoehorned in.
