The pieces are all in place. There are two likeable central characters who are both going through their own struggles due to loss and impending loss. We''ve got a pleasant country scene in rural country that becomes the scene of a road trip. And of course there are random flashbacks. The whole movie felt rather disjointed and while I liked the characters I never really felt that much for them. Instead of it being a journey it felt more like they were just being sad together.
