Utterly irredeemable. The acting, the script, and the editing all compete for worst aspect. There are two separate scenes in which a woman describes her ongoing car maintenance issues, which are both incredibly dull and entirely unrelated to the plot.

I''ll say that for this “movie”: the premise wasn''t a bad idea - A college student becomes Governor by mistake.. It''s a bit of a stretch, but OK, that _could_ have made for a fun comedy, _**if**_ there had been actors, a scriptwriter, an editor, continuity, a bit of budget, and some coherence to the story. As it stands, this piece of garbage is not even worth to appear on a 4:00 AM local TV broadcast. If you value your time, just stay away from this.
