[VdR'22] An interesting reflection on the idea of the image as an element of durability, establishing a parallelism between cinema and botany. While more than 500 species of plants have disappeared in the world, 85% of silent movies and 50% of sound movies have been lost. The director's path connects the study of plants with the preservation of celluloid, and establishes an equivalence of the perishable.
