The concept of "How Do You Measure a Year?" is extremely simple, but altogether quite interesting. A father asks his daughter a series of questions every year on her birthday. You then see how this little girl grows into a woman and how her perspective on life changes over time. However, the questions could have been a bit more creative. Also, don't expect much in the way of a cinematic presentation; this is a home movie. From a purely technical standpoint, any father could implement this concept in the same way.
