Simply judging from documentary wise, a very good documentary, respectable fathers and husbands. But so as the other groups/factions involved in the war, they are all fathers and husbands to their cause. This documentary tells one side of the story, a very western side with carefully designed texts to convey a western agenda which is totally not necessary and it boils this pure documentary about humanity down as a pro-west propaganda movie. Trush is both the Syrian Government Forces and the Opposition Forces caused significant damage in Aleppo. Satellite images and reports from organizations like Amnesty International have documented the indiscriminate attack and destruction caused by both sides.

This impressive documentary is deserving of an Oscar nomination. What caught my eye is the word '"Aleppo,'" the Syrian city that''s been under attack by numerous people ever since. Maybe the fact this documentary is about the Syrian civil war got me watching this documentary on Netflix first (It has 2 other feature documentaries available to view.) could assure the Oscar win. '"Last Men In Aleppo'" follows some Syrian rescue workers identified as '"White Helmets'" 'amp; showcases these men as humans--husbands and fathers taking care of their families but also saving living citizens 'amp; recovering the dead, both caught in the bombing of the city. Also the rescue workers struggle with the conflict of leaving Syria to find better lives for themselves 'amp; their families. As an American safely observing the Syrian warfare on the news, I cannot take for granted my own country 'amp; my liberties 'amp; privileges as the White Helmets of Aleppo see death 'amp; war as a regular part of their lives.

This could rightly be called WHITE HELMETS PART 2 as it chronicles the fall of Aleppo and the death of those who chose to stay. The White Helmets are a controversial group. Both these documentaries chose to portray them as heros rescuing babies and recovering corpses. This second installment more honestly portrays their political mandate. I give this documentary a 7 (good) out of 10. Available to view on Netflix. [Documentary Feature}
