Midnight Party - Comments & Tips

Midnight Party can be called a smutty crime comedy, but in all honesty, it's all a vehicle to show off Lina Romay's private parts in close-up after close-up. Subtle is not the word I would use about Franco when he made this one. The naughty scenes are a bit too long, and my eyes tend to drift to my phone more than watching the screen. That said... Lina Romay is about as charming as I have ever seen her, and I have to admit I chuckled at some of the funny bits, so not everything was boring. Jess Franco is a bit hit-and-miss for me. The naughtier he gets, the more I zone out. I haven't seen that many of his films yet, so that might change, but so far I really like it when there's more story and fewer vaginas on screen.
