[AFFBCN] Excessively crude melodrama that does not benefit from the direct style of Brillante Mendoza. As much as the drama tries to soften with elements of fantasy and animations that do not help too much. Cancer (the one suffered by the girl and the one suffered by the country) has an inevitable end, and in this political parallel there are some moments of interest. But the film is too subject to a clumsy script, which does not allow greater creative freedom.
