I generally don't mind a slow pace, but every shot of this seems animated in slow motion. You could probably speed it up 2x and the motion would look more natural. I'm also more inclined to be hard on it since it romanticizes communism. Keep that garbage as far away from your civilization as you can, it's an economy-killer and a freedom-killer all at once. Find someone who grew up under communism and ask them if the reality lived up to the promises of communist revolution.
